LG Cell Phones No Contract, the 3rd largest cell phone and No Contract Cell Phones provider on the market today, plans to release 20 new smartphones in the year 2010. That is a totally shocking number, regardless of whether they fall short and say, release only 10 to fifteen onto the market. The move was due to increased profits last quarter and the continuing endurance and need to gain more ground in the smartphone market, due not only to increased consumer demand but also their trust that they can start to dominate the market.
While the third biggest handset maker, LG Cell Phones, is sat in the top three it’s not due to its overwhelming presence in the smartphone market. But this year the company hopes that will change. They are positioned to forcefully counter their rivals Motorola Cell Phones and Others in wants to gain a larger chunk of the smartphone industry. It seems they are only one of a few companies now coming to the realization that the market is departing from the basic phone and being consumed by the smartphone, business and multimedia phones of the present.
LG Cell Phones say that they will be using Google’s Android software as the base for these 20 phones. While 20 may seem like an oversaturation, if done properly , maybe not. Imagine if they were to make 20 smartphones and every 2 or 3 of them were focused for a particular demographic or niche. As an example, a pair business savvy phones, a few phones rich with multimedia functions, some high-end camera phones, a couple crossover devices, one or two standard middle ground smartphones and then round it out with a few really specific phones, say TV or music related. This seems like it would offer a bit of everything to everyone and it could make a heavy impression on the market.
Whatever LG Cell Phones explains to us in the next year, some of it’ll assuredly be successful. And they have to make a push like this anyhow as there appears a unprecedented quantity of mobile phone corporations have gone from shying away from the smartphone industry to embracing it, just as the general public has done, resolutely. So let’s get excited that so many companies are appealing to the general consumer wishes and wants and let’s be optimistic that those are had a meeting with smart innovation and wonderful quality. LG Cell Phones has been spectacular in the bizz up to this point and there’s no reason to expect them to slow down.
